Printing and Printing Equipment Industries Association of China (PEIAC) published 2003 Top Ten of Chinese PS Plate Manufacturers several days ago. The data published by PEIAC, an authoritative organization in printing industry, completely and accurately delineates the industrial distribution of PS plates. Moreover, the suppliers of PS plate manufacturers are ordered based on the data.

Among the top eight, Juguang, Longma, Dongfang and Jielong have been all using the photosensitive liquids manufactured by LADO, and Huaguang has been using LADO’s liquids on its single-plate line. The other three PS plate manufacturers, Fuji Star, Konita and C&W Tech, are all using their own photosensitive liquids.

In addition, the customers of LADO such as Jingcheng, Jiaguang and Huafeng, are not included in the data published by PEIAC.

On the basis of the data, the total outputs of PS plates are 9332.7m2. The PS plate outputs of the manufacturers, whose photosensitive liquids are produced by their own, are 4612 m2. The PS plate outputs of the manufacturers, whose photosensitive liquids are supplied by LADO, are 2872.4 m2. The PS plate outputs of LADO customers account for 30.8 per cent of the total outputs, and 60.8 per cent of the outputs of the manufacturers whose photosensitive liquids are buy from outside.

From the above data, it is illustrated clearly that LADO, as the youngest power in photosensitive liquids industry, thrusts its point outside.
